Week 20 - Day 4
I forgot to update yesterday, again...YAY!! This is what we did with that box and sphere from the other day...
We added a light probe group to show more environment reflective light onto the small sphere on the left. And we also added a metal sphere with a reflection probe of it so that when the little sphere bounces it'll show up on the metal sphere and we can see it!!! I don't know if I'll be able to repeat everything we did yesterday straight from my head. The most important thing was the creation of another layer that we called "ignore reflection" so that the reflection probe doesn't pick up the metal sphere from it and cast a big black spot in its place. Weird? Yes, but it also makes sense...
We also added a normal map onto the metal sphere to give it TEXTURE. And also changed the properties a bit so that it had a more metallic look to it instead of it being opaque...
I WONDER WHAT ELSE WE'LL DO TODAY? I HOPE I CAN KEEP UP...

We added a lot more lights today. I accidentally deleted the directional light instead of unchecking it but that's alright...I can make another one real easy.
Anyway, we added a point light and a spotlight and also and area light...But because too many lights = too much information, I had to uncheck them one at a time every time I add a new light source.
Whoop! Check out them lights~ It looks like a buzzin' club with a disco light right up thur.
